Vintage boho patchwork tunic

This vintage beauty is in very good condition. It is unbranded and I believe it to be handmade, but I cannot confirm that. There is a small amount of damage to the top button hole, but the button still functions. There is also a minor pinkish stain on the left shoulder. Please reference photos for condition.
