Vintage green‎ silk polka dot dress size medium

Green and white polka dot vintage dress by Donna Ricco New York. Tag reads as a size 14 but I’m recommending for a medium or large. It’s modeled here on a size medium who is 5’1 and 130 lbs for reference. A little bit of puckering at the bust seam (photographed). Ties at the top in the back. The lining shows a little bit at the bottom which I’m not sure if it’s suppose to but it looks really cute showing. Just slips on, no zippers.
