Beautiful NWT dress by Donna Morgan. Vintage 70s inspired with a high waist and long flared skirt. The 7 flared panels that make up the skirt means no bulk at waist but plenty of flowy flare—perfect for dancing and twirling. Side zipper allows a figure-flattering fit. Fabric is slightly gathered under each breast. V-neck with 5 ornamental covered buttons adds a subtle finish to the front. Bodice and skirt are lined. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, holiday and office parties, bridal dinners, etc. Excellent unworn condition. Extra button still attached. Smoke-and pet-free home. Thanks for looking.
