Vintage pleated rayon skirt by Carroll Reed, from the 1980’s. Features a lovely pattern of flowers and paisleys. Pleats on front and elastic at back waist. Side button closure. One side slit pocket and skirt is fully lined. Marked size 10 but vintage sizing runs small. First more like a modern Small.
