Vintage Tilley Wool Winter Hat - Unisex

Super cool hat with forehead and ear flaps.. They had itself as well, and the lining sueded hydrophile per the manufacturer. The hat is a size 7 7/8, which equates to 24 and 58 inches or 62.5 cm. There is also a strip of ribbon with Velcro attached. I assume it would go under your chin to keep the hat on on a windy day maybe? I’m not sure that there weren’t two pieces of ribbon at one time. Hard to tell.
