Vtg 80s Positive influence Floral womens dress

Size 11-12. Accordion Pleat dress. It says dry clean only however it is polyester so is a washable fabric. This has no major wear but does have a thread belt loop so might have had a belt at some point but sold as is. This has a deep v-neck . There isn't a missing button or anything it just was made this way so know that you could wear it that way or you may need to use a pin for closure. Armpit to armpit measures 23" Down the front from the shoulder measures about 48". 16" across waist.
