90’s 20W PREMIER INTERNATIONAL LADIES PLUS TAN & BLUE DRESS. Shoulder pads. Approximate meas. laid flat pit to pit 24 inches, waist 24 1/2”inches, length 52 inches, hips 25”, zipper 20 inches. Sz. 20 W.
This is a very nice heavier fabric. I should say sturdy fabric. And it doesn’t have a lot of give to it. BEAUTIFUL DRESS

@cahillr5904 It’s about 24 1/2 inches laid flat and around the waist area I measured 18 inches down from the neck in the back. And then around the hip area is about 25 inches. So you would double those measurements
