What goes around comes around silk purple pink dress drop waist

This dress is absolutely beautiful. 100% silk. There is a side zip for easy on and off. The under arm to under arm is 19 inches and the length is 41 inches. From the shoulder to the drop waist is 25 inches. The width on the waist is 20 inches. I think this would fit best on a medium person. I think it runs small for a large. There are a couple of teeny pulls on the silk, but they are not even noticeable or damaging to the dress.
