This Little Dress by Luli & Me is just precious. The crisp white cotton blend has a bishop style neckline and flutter sleeves. The smocking is done with a lattice design embroidery in light pink. The lattice design is shaped like a Peter Pan collar, outlined in embroidered flowers in shades of pink. The leaves are done in a sweet lime green threading. The back of the neckline mirrors the front embroidery design. The skirt falls into soft gathers beneath the smocking.
