Wooden pegs wall rack bird chicken hanger storage

Not sure if this is a chicken or a bird of some sort. This may be an example of a type of woodworking called ‘intarsia’. Not sure if this is commercially mfg or hand made but it is unique!! The wood pegs or hooks are expandable / adjustable. The wood pegs are 1.25” long. Great working condition. Smoke free and pet free home.
