Over the last 3 years I’ve lost 95lbs and Poshmark has helped me have clothes that actually fit me through the whole process. It kept me feeling great about myself without having to pay much, if anything, out of pocket. It’s important to feel great when you’re bettering yourself, it encourages you to continue! My closet as been growing with me as I’m shrinking and progressing through my fitness journey.

snm96 @azaleedivine that’s awesome! I go 1.5-2.5 hours 5-6 days a week and run one day every other week rn. I have been having Chinese as my “fast food” more it’s not great but the rice and veggies are better even if fried than a greasy burger 🤷🏼‍♀️

snm96 @cindyp1963 thank you! 💚 it was a mixture of a lot of things but I was always a very active person, so it was definitely easier for me than it is for some, because I was just getting back to normal. I’ve been slowly setting new “bests” for myself with my health and body composition. The trick for me was picking only one habit or diet choice at a time to fix I couldn’t change everything at once if I wanted to stick with it.

makayladv23 Wow! Congratulations! I’m trying to lose some weight too. I go to the gym and try my best to stay consistent with my eating habits. I just wanted to ask how were you able to lose 95lbs?! Any tips would be amazing!

snm96 @makayladv23 honestly it didn’t start getting to consistent weight loss (and keeping it off) until I stopped doing fad diets, calorie counting, and really just focused on making my daily habits better. Replacing your sugary or caffeinated drink w green tea even once a week to start, makes a difference. Trying to get veggies or fruit as your late night snacks. Or the already portioned “snack packs” of whatever your guilty pleasure is. It’s all about portions for me.

I know that was hard work I have done it before but sadly after back injury have returned to old state . Exercise is important I only cut out cokes n butter n lost 50# just by working out . is that what I hear u say as well.

I look like your past right now and having such a difficult time losing the belly fat for the last 10 months of weight training as I gained 15lbs of muscle and fat weight. ALL the fat weight goes to my belly and muscle weight goes to my arms, back, shoulders, glute, and legs.

daotran127 @snm96 I have 2 jobs and a son to attend to so I don’t have time to meal prep and I eat lots and lots of high protein/high calorie meals. No wonder. I guess once I cut and get on a high protein low caloric plan, I probably will start to lose unwanted belly fat. I want to look like you 😩 HELP!!! Thank you for sharing and posting this!
