XNT Outerware Lined Jacket Pants Shorts Size M

This jacket and bottom combo from XNT, cannot find any comp online. Has a logo of Italy, Paris, and London, the bottoms unzip around the knees to become shorts, looks like it may be waterproof, overall in good condition. Both items are medium in size. Not sure if this is unisex or not.
