New without tags. Black & white polka dot dress. Top section is sheer black & white Polka dot print, sleeveless, high collar with neck ties. Bottom part is medium weight all white Jersey knit. Back section has open slit in the upper back and gold zipper at the skirt. 95% Polyester 5% Spandex *Size small has a snag & some light peel at the back of the neck (see closeups), also some color rub off. Medium is not flawed. Measurements (appx): Small:Armpit to armpit=15", Waist=11", Length =33"
