Young Fabulous & Broke tie-dye maxi dress in blue and white Womens size small Strapless Maxi floor length Super soft stretchy material (pretty sure it’s rayon and spandex) *dress has been altered* the bottom has been cut to be shorter. You can see the raw seam in photos. Very minor stains on very bottom of dress but not noticeable. Overall great condition.
