Pre-loved crown & ivy petite pull on dress Size PS - made in vietnam Sleeves have patterned crochet (see through) near the bottom (shown in picture). Bottom of the dress has same patterned crochet but it is not see through (shown in picture). PTP - approx 20 in. Sleeve is approx 23 in. Approx. 31 in front, 32.5 in. in the back. Has stretch. 95% rayon, 5% spandex
