Tagged as 40.5, run like a US 9.5/10N (Jimmy Choo runs slim, so you have to size up if you don't have a super narrow foot). These will NOT fit 10/10.5 M, even though that's the equivalent to the Euro size in other brands. They measure 10.25" toe to heel along the insole.
