Halter top made from a vintage towel! Ties around the neck, and laces up in back. This is too big for me, so I have it laced up pretty tight in the pictures. There's a little stretch down the side top edges, and around the top back edge. When the top hook is closed, it's about 34" around the level of the top back edge. That is UNDER the bust. The bust cup area is more flexible, because you can adjust the neck tie. Laying flat, across the front is about 17.5". Top edge (side of the neck) to the bottom is 19".
