vintage EXPRESS 1990's maxi dress cherries M

Rayon maxi dress, 1990's-era Express. Black with tiny white dots, and dark red cherry print. Buttons all the way down the front. The top back is stretchy smocked. Tagged as vintage size 7, it's too big for me as a US 4. The bust is 37, but could be up to 39" with the stretchy back. 32" waist, 45" hip, 51" long. Excellent condition, a one-owner piece! (H4)
