"Vintage", rare Anthropologie cardigan by HWR Monogram from 2007. Snap closures with functional faux leather buttons on the pockets. Anthro's description- "X marks the snaps on this petal rich silk-twill cover up, styled with honeycomb knit sleeves and patch pockets." Cotton knit with cotton/polyester front. Bust 19", length 26.5", sleeve length (shoulder seam to end of cuff) 17". Beautiful and in excellent condition.

@heatherjh1117 Hi Heather :) You could try comparing the measurements listed in the description against a cardigan you own. I found this to run a bit large for a small.
