We're all guilty of TOO much speed on Posh. When we make a sale, our 1st thought is to quickly cycle active listings & push sold listings to the bottom. Some of you may mix up how you cycle your closet, but most just want to get new listings prominently displayed for Host Pick consideration. While you’re hurriedly cycling through those listings during parties, why not try this simple tip to expose more of your ENTIRE closet & maybe sell a few of your older listings? Read the 1st comment 👇👇

queenmumm We already know that sharing or editing a listing puts that item at the top of our closet, and boy, do we furiously work through all of our listings when we move them, especially during parties. I’m here to tell you to take it easy, Poshers! You are cycling through so quickly we aren’t seeing all you have to offer in a closet you’ve taken so much time to build. On average, a Posher interested in sharing for you will only scroll through the first 15-20 items in your closet. If you are new, they may scroll further to make sure you are in compliance with the rules before they share. These Poshers aren’t interested in buying at the moment, but they do want to help you out. So, let’s help them find more of your fabulous closet with a few simple steps. STEP 1: In your closet, scroll down to the bottom of your active listings and share about 20% of them. These “bottom of the closet” listings are now at the top of your closet. NOW STOP and proceed directly to the next step. STEP 2: Go into your MASTER FEED (for those who are new, that’s the far LEFT menu option at the bottom of the app.) What’s the Master Feed? Well, it is a FABULOUS constantly updating tickertape of listings and closets and brands and ACTIVE users who are currently sharing closets. You’ll see a lot of usernames if you follow a lot of Poshers. You’re one of their followers, so you get to see which closets they share. Many of them may have just shared for you, too. The feed is never ending, so make sure you refresh your screen to see the most up to date information. BTW, if you are in the mobile version of the app, POSHMATCH is hard at work, giving you exciting customized results based on how you interact in the app. If you have a favorite brand, you may see more of those listings. If you are a handbag girl and love to share handbag listings, POSHMATCH will likely showing you more handbags than usual. POSHMATCH is AI that learns from your activity on Poshmark. It’s peachy keen, neato, and personalizes your Poshmark experience. It’s da bomb... However, I want you to focus on WHO is sharing items and closets in the Master feed. These are ACTIVE users who are engaged in the app in real time. STEP 3: Click into these aforementioned closets (those who are actively sharing) and share items for them right NOW. This puts you into their newsfeed immediately. Always make sure it is more than a few items so your username will show up prominently, (but not too many as that can be overkill for Posher with big followings and very active newsfeeds. I always suggest 3-5 listings. Active sharers almost always reciprocate by going into your closet immediately to share a few of your items. And when heavy sharers are in that SHARE (but not necessarily purchase) mode, they usually share the top listings, then scroll for a split second and share a few more in the middle. It doesn’t matter that these aren’t you’re usual “top listings”. That’s your goal. Keep sharing from closets of active sharers like this for a few minutes (or longer if you have the time) and watch shares increase for the lesser known items you currently have at the top of your closet. Chances are, these are listings that don’t get a lot of normal shares and which you might even be considering pulling in favor of donation or just keeping. The prices have already been lowered a few times and you would be so happy to sell them. You are probably even SICK of looking at the listings! But in reality, these are items that have a better chance of selling than you think...so you definitely want them at the top of your closet for at least a little while. STEP 4: Return to your closet, scroll to the bottom of your active listings once again, and share the next 20%. Then repeat STEPS 2 and 3. Again, give these ACTIVE Poshers about 10-15 minutes to give you a few reciprocal shares. Repeat all steps until you’ve cycled your closet back through to the listings you want at the top before you attend to other responsibilities ouside the app (like sleeping and feeding your hungry children...). Btw, when selecting those items to put at the top of your closet, may I suggest listings that fit the party themes for the coming week so they are easier to find by the hosts??? The steps I’ve outlined above work very well any time of day - there’s always activity in the feed, but your results will be better during the busier moments on Poshmark: during all 3 party times (9-11am PST), (1-3pm PST) and (7-9pm PST) and at the end of the week when potential buyers have a payday. One final word of advice: MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN TOTAL COMPLIANCE with all POSH RULES and GUIDELINES at all times. If you are sharing like mad and you aren’t getting reciprocal shares, you may be in non-compliance by selling something as simple as perfume, nail polish or a bra without tags. katjo This is good Brenda, really really great tip! I'm going to definitely put it to practice. I often share from the live feed but not intermittently with my own closet, it makes perfect sense to pause in between for return shares of those basement listings without keeping them at the top of the closet where you want your best listings. I will try this using both my iPhone and iPad, sharing my closet from one and the live feed from the other. I have to keep my closet in order or my OCD will go berserk..lol..but I'm excited to try this.👍

jgbravo You said it! Question, do you feel obligated to share the same number of share that they did for you? What I mean is, if they share 5 items on my closet, should I share 5 items too? Somehow I feel guilty if I don't and I end up sharing more than I'm supposed to. Also, what do you do if somebody share something in your closet and you open theirs and there's nothing worth sharing? Would you share something you won't necessarily wear or like or let your friends wear? If yes, is that reflect on how people view your fashion preference? Sorry for too many questions, just want to learn from you. Thank you.

queenmumm @jgbravo All excellent questions. Sometimes there just isn't enough time in my day to return shares of equal value. In fact, I feel guilty about half the day because I can't. That's why I periodically will go on a mad sharing spree and try to clock in about 500-1500 shares from host picks, master feed, my likes and favorite closets. I've suggested to @manish and crew about one day taking away all the minute by minute share notifications and delivering to our inbox a "this is your week on Posh" notification that shows the top sharers in our closet. We can't keep track of every share, especially when we get a Host Pick. Many Poshers just click "share" in the party without even paying attention to what they are sharing. But when you have multiple shares from one person - say 15+ over the course of a few days, that's a person who is actually going INTO your closet. Those are definitely the shares I want to reciprocate in kind. :)

queenmumm @jgbravo Regarding the question of what do I do when I visit a closet not following the guidelines, I'll select an item that I do like, like it and comment below it asking if the seller has earned a host pick yet. I explain the honor and importance of getting one. This opens up the dialogue. Usually, I'll get a return comment of "no, but I'd really like one - how do I get it?" Then I tag to my post about getting a host pick and the other post about what they can and can't sell. I save the item in my likes so I can check back later to see if the seller has mended the closet. Then I can share. :) I feel like a proud mommy when they get that first HP, too! :)

queenmumm @jgbravo Oop, I misread your comment - you wanted to know if I share from a closet with items I don't like? I still share something even if it isn't my taste. I don't consider a share to be a bona fide recommendation to my followers that I'd wear it and so should they. I think of it more as a way to help a fellow Posher sell an item. Everyone has a different style and fashion budget. I share across all sizes, styles and prices because what I hate may just be the bee's knees to someone else. Just MHO. :)

queenmumm @mema25 Hey, sweetie! Thanks for reading the Q-Tips. You pose a good question. It's hard when you get a negative comment in your closet, but it comes with the territory of being a seller. My best advice is to take the high road and kill 'em with kindness. If they know of a better price, congratulate them on good sleuthing and wish them a great transaction on the other site. Then throw in a smiley face. I know that sounds odd, but 9 out of 10 times that stops the negativity right in its tracks. I guarantee you, if you are selling something else they like later down the road, they'll strongly consider you for that transaction because they see you are a chill Posher. And they definitely can't tell any other Poshers to steer away from your closet because you were rude. But if they continue to try and get under your skin after you've been nice, just quietly block without further discussion. There's no reason to get into a long drawn out comment over it. If those lingering negative comments bother you under your item, simply relist the item and delete the original. Start fresh. Hope this helps. Cheers! 👑😊👑

thejanismarie @mema25 @queenmumm I couldn't help but read some of the thread about killing them with kindness, or something like it. Awhile back, I was SO upset, because a posher had bashed my "make an offer" listing that I had...also, my sweet puppy was used as an advertisement...I can't remember really what it was. Long story, she was only a buyer, never sold anything, so she doesn't know how the make an offer works. I was only trying to say that if you asked me to lower a price to get reduced shipping...your chances of actually getting the item were better by making an offer...because EVERYONE got the price drop announcement. ANYWAY, I didn't respond right away. I waited 1/2 day and I KILLED her with kindness. She basically had said that I was rude and she would never shop my closet because of the way it was written, etc. WELL, I turned it around by agreeing with her...and spilling the love all over her...she was so full of honey, the bees couldn't handle it!! When she replied to me, she was in AWE!!!!! Saying that I was a great businesswoman for not going out all over her and thanks for looking at it her way... Gained a follower and perhaps a buyer!!! KILL EM WITH KINDNESS!!

queenmumm @sakshi9984 Hey, Sakshi! That's amazing that you are sharing so much. When you cycle your closet from the bottom are you leaving the older listings at the top for a long enough period of time to allow the shares to reciprocate? I've found that 15-20 min is a good number. Also, constantly update your master feed. You want to grab onto as many active closets as possible. During party times there is a lot of activity and many Poshers are frantically sharing host picks and not checking their newsfeeds quite as often. They expect reciprocal shares so your username may be getting lost in their feeds. Try to aim for the hour before the evening party and see if that helps. Poshers are prepping to share and getting their closets in order and are more likely to see your name at that time. Good luck and keep on being that Share Princess! Cheers!👑😘👑

Yes I have got more likes lately but as other alerts say they have sales mine didn't had much @queenmumm . I sometimes think may be bcoz I have more of indian clothes in my closet 😬😬😬 well like others do buy in bulk and sells on posh I am thinking about it but I m really nervous to put my money in ( my only saving ) bcoz the risk of loosing is more 😘😘😘. queenmumm @sakshi9984 I totally understand the draw of wholesaling. Trust me, I've contemplated it myself. But I really do appreciate how we have such diverse selection on Poshmark - and that can only be achieved with personal resell. There is always a customer out there for your item. Have you tried marketing your Posh closet outside the app? Specifically, a personal blog/website, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest? Many Poshers have found great success starting their own pages in these formats to reach to a wider audience. Also, have you hosted a party? Remember that you can reapply to host again after 3 months. If you still want to try wholesale after consideration, seek out some of the established Poshers who sell in that market. They are a great resource for the DOs and DON'Ts and hints on how to move into it gradually. I can provide usernames to seek out if you need them. 👑😊👑

I noticed something that maybe you can give some insight to...does the iPad's mass feed have a different formatting than iphone. I even checked to see you if I needed to update the app and nothing😓I really preferring sharing on my ipad...

queenmumm @s_rosebud Hi! Yes, your master feed will be a bit different on iPad vs iPhone vs PC. I mostly work on my laptop because the feed shows individual shares - including the closet shared and who shared it - all very spread out and I can actually find those active closets faster. On the app version, the shares get bundled a bit to save space via the PoshMatch. Give it a try on the PC and see if it changes your sharing speed. iPhone is my second choice for this strategy. I'll have to check iPad as I have not used it for heavy sharing in the feed. Good luck! 👑😊👑

ccappello1 @queenmumm ok awesome, thanks...I know some people dislike that. Ok so I read from another poshanistas posting that you won't even be considered for being a hostess if you are following anyone that does not follow posh rules our if you share from closets that have items that are against the rules. Is this true? Because I follow all rules, and I just follow everyone who follows me, an I not supposed to do that? I have shared items in closets who don't follow rules however I don't share those items that are against rules. I would love to be considered as a hostess eventually, and don't want to ruin my chances. Another thing I've seen is some hostess' will put that they won't even consider you for a host pick if you trade, I have traded selectively, but if this isn't against the rules (although I realize it's not supported) then why does it affect a host pick? I think this is all for now, although I'm sure I have more I can't think....I have snow on the brain...2 feet outside to be exact lol!!! Thanks for your time!!

queenmumm @ccappello1 Christine, neither of those activities will black mark you against receiving a host pick or applying to become a party host. We can't control the content of all the closets we follow. That's more investigative work than can be done by any single Posher. HQ does not sit at a screen all day and analyze the items you are sharing. It's true that trading is not supported by Posh but it is NOT a violation of the rules - just not supported. I hosted in November and my instruction letter from PMHQ made no mention of trading being a violation. It only stressed not selecting host picks from closets that support the use of a third party paying site/and off app communication to conduct a transaction. If you've shared from a closet that trades it really is ok! Likewise, we have all shared from closets with non-compliant listings because it is incredibly hard to look at every single item in one closet before sharing. Usually you can tell immediately if the closet is non-compliant just in the first 10 listings and yes, it's best not to share those listings - just simply report and let HQ handle it. But you definitely can't be punished for sharing from a closet that has a bottle of nail polish tucked down at the bottom of 800 items - the closet owner is probably not even aware that her polish listing is a no no. Fear not - it sounds to me like you are conscientiously abiding the rules both in your closet and through your actions on Posh - and that is really what matters the most. :)

ccappello1 Thanks so much for responding, ok I feel better in so many ways. I've had 2 host picks already in my less than 5 months on the site so I thought I was doing well. I try to share, help others who are new etc! But I politely explained to a new women who actually asked why she has only made 1 sale, what she was doing wrong, I explained that by asking every person who likes or just simply shares her items if they are interested is frowned upon. I simply referred her to the etiquette and faqs, and explained that it can be looked at as harassing, and it makes a difference. I explained she can thank people or mention she gives bundle discounts etc, that you can change your verbiage and it goes a long way...well she blocked me. I was taken aback. So I stopped giving feedback. She actually had a posting asking for help, I thought I was helping lol. I went back on her page 3 days later, I was actually going to purchase the original item i liked, when i asked a question about it and found out i was blocked, so she lost that sale. The worst part is a women in that post answered her question of if she's interested in buying, the lady said yes, so then every day after that she asked this lady when do you think you will be buying, do you think it will be soon etc...that the lady then stopped responding, so she is actually running off sales...oh well you can't help everyone!!! She will learn fast(or not, lol), and still only had the 1 sale and can't understand why!!!

queenmumm @pamryan Yay, Pam! Welcome to Posh and I'm glad you are trying this tip. It really works. Regarding thanks for shares: it just depends on the Posher. Many veteran Poshers have busy newsfeeds and would prefer to share for you with no thanks needed - the comments become numerous and it's hard to find customer questions, etc. It's also not necessary to thank for every like you receive. The best way to thank for either of these is by going into that closet and sharing to your heart's content. That's symbolic of your appreciation. Good luck and Happy Poshing! 👑😊👑

Mark your items not for sale and write "closed" in the name field of your profile. Turn off all your app notifications. footcandy This is amazing! I decided to give this a try around 6:45am. It's 7:20am and I already have more shares and likes than I can count. This tip really makes my sharing more strategic and effective. I work full time so I'm not always on and able to posh. Using this tip, I've decided to roughly divide my closet into thirds and cycle through a third of the closet three times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). I think the hardest part about this tip (why I didn't do it when I read it last month) is that I'm a perfectionist and I wanted my most beautiful items on top. But my sales have shown me the exact opposite! People like what THEY like. I think this tip is really going to help! Thanks Brenda!!

I did and then she responded asking me to go through "that other payment method that I cannot even type". I really want to be a "perfect posher" so my understanding is that there should be no transactions outside of Posh. Yes I know I could go ahead and do it without anyone knowing but it made me uncomfortable. I am correct that this is not compliant right? queenmumm @lizzysrq Elizabeth, hi and thanks for your question. You are correct. Poshmark does not allow offline transactions and they strongly prohibit that payment app your referenced. To prevent it from happening again - and thus putting you into an awkward situation - if someone asks for extra pics on any of your items, just create another listing for the pics. You shouldn't have to give out your email, or send an email to anyone else. All details and negotiations need to stay in app for protection of both the buyer and the seller. It creates a virtual paper trail for any disputes that could arise after a sale. Hope this helps. Good luck! 😊😊😊

queenmumm @snapfashion Hey Stephenie! Please forgive the delay in my response to your post above. I know you definitely want more sales and so I do hope this tip is helpful. You can only "refresh" your feed, not remove any of it. I suggest that when you are sharing from the feed, hit the "recycle" link 🔄 at the top right to get the most up to date feed info. The feed is infinite, neverending, FABULOUS and there is always someone sharing there. Good luck! 👑😘👑

queenmumm @pandaears Yes, this is a known issue with feed sharing on the iPad. You can only click on the listing owner but not the sharer and why I do a lot of my feed sharing on the browser instead - while keeping my iPad open for quick share backs on closets I don't see in the feed. I'm sure it's been mentioned to HQ. Hopefully they change the format soon! {fingers crossed}😊

I do miss it because I tend to be....um, a "wee" bit talkative.😉 You'll also notice that there is now an upper limit on likes/comments - no more than 400 allowed. queenmumm @ellensemones Hi Ellen! Good question. I know a lot of Poshers group according to category or color but I'm more of a hodgepodge gal myself. It helps with getting host picked. Hosts are usually too rushed to wade through dozens of handbag listings if they are looking for, say a girly girl outfit. I think being random makes the scroll a little more interesting for your closet visitors. 😊👍💕

ayshadancer Hello again! IDK what made me think of it but I remembered you had asked me to keep you updated on my sales. I originally posted Feb 18th that I'd made 4 sales in just 3 days for a total of 15 sales since Nov 2013. Now I'm up to 38 total sales & I'm a Top 10% Seller! I've had to back off of my sharing & following in the last couple of months because of school but I still typically have at least 1 sale each week. On the app, you'll want to note who is sharing the item to get the best response (although I also will share the item if it is compliant). Sometimes this is the closet owner herself and it can also be in the form of an "update". Remember that your feed contains only those you are following, so following more users gives you a bigger feed. (Cont'd)

queenmumm @jessica2123 Also be aware that sharing peaks during party times, especially the evening party. In the browser version, you are not shown who is doing the sharing, so the app is the preferred version for this tip. Poshmark updates and makes changes to the platform frequently, so we are hoping the browser feed will start detailing the sharer. It still doesn't hurt to share from the feed without that info. You can also access the live party feeds for active sharers as well. Good luck! 👑💕👍🏻

travelbugginger I do have a question for you, Brenda. When you spoke of only sharing a few items from a closet so it's not overwhelming, do you mean for this particular technique or in general? I'm never sure what it looks like when I'm "share bombed" or reciprocating. I've often wondered if it's ineffective in general. If so, I'd rather tell my very generous Posh Friends that I'll drop back by several times but only share a few at a time.

queenmumm @travelbugginger Hey Ginger! Great question. There are so many new closets now, I think 3-5 shares per closet at a time is a good goal. I always mention - it should be your personal preference on how many to give. For this tip, you want to hit as many closets as possible to increase those exponential shares, hence 3-5 gets you on the feed prominently but not forcefully. I find it sometimes creates guilt if a Posher can't share bomb back. 👑😘💕

For a while I was wondering why some poshers weren't reciprocating the love, I thought they just didn't "like" my closet for some reason. Now I know it's because I wasn't in compliance with the rules. I have deleted all the items in my closet that are "illegal" in poshmark. Again, thank you for posting this! A lot of the times seasoned veterans will just ignore you instead of telling you WHY they aren't interacting with you.

1roguepuppy Sorry! I couldn't continue my question on your other post as it had received the maximum number of comments! Here's the rest... The body of the boots was in good condition and I liked them, so I accepted the sale. I left a 4 star rating and had to explain why. (Poshmark makes you.) I felt bad, since that left a permanent mark on the seller's reputation. Should I have done something different? Thanks in advance for your advice!

A few days ago I was delightfully surprised to find out I am now a Suggested User (YAY!), and I'm so excited! However, I don't know how to manage the hundred-plus new followers I'm getting every day! queenmumm @kings_venes Hi Venessa, a quick look at your closet reveals items that you haven't shared since September. You want to be sharing your entire closet no less than 3 times per day (preferably during party times) and you should try to increase your shares for others. If your items aren't being shared into the feed, they aren't being seen. Also, check my closet for other tips (host picks, party sharing, etc) Good luck! 😊

queenmumm @avaloss Hi Sandra. Thanks for your question. Currently, face care serums, lotions and moisturizers are not allowed. Only liquid makeup items - primers, foundation, eyeliner, lipgloss, liquid lipsticks and mascara - are permitted. All must be new, in original packaging, and shipped carefully to prevent leaks or breakage. :)

queenmumm @trishlanda Hi Trish! Click to your main closet view, at the bottom of this main screen is a burgundy colored menu. The far left says "feed" and the far right says your username. The "feed" is your unique follower feed. It shows items shared from closets you currently follow and it is in real time. When you refresh, new items get added to the top. Does that help?

Basically, you share a few items from closets who are on the app right now & sharing, and they're more likely to return the shares - you know, because they are ones with the app open right now, already actively sharing 😊 Good way to gain exposure, both from that individual, and also their followers

queenmumm @makeuppatti We are all Poshaholics! Sometimes listing things in assembly line fashion will help. Take all your pictures first, edit/photoshop those pics as needed, research prices online and then write up listings on your iPhone notepad. Then just cut and copy from the notepad before you list. rmccouture Hey Brenda! Quick question about this post; you recommend to share between 3-5 listings (especially with closets who have a lot of followers). I average (as you know) between 10-12 shares. Is that too many for a posher such as yourself, who has so many followers sharing your closet? I am one who appreciates the share-bomb technique, but I have less than 100k followers, so I don't know how it is for poshers like you. The last thing I want to do is overwhelm a news feed.❤️

Btw, I don't mind when my feed blows up - makes me really feel the Posh💗Love but I can't always guarantee an immediate share back. queenmumm @bsalisbury3 Hi Bonnie! Welcome to Posh! If you want to organize, you can add title cards, or group according to color or category but I find that more successful closets do not organize. They just keep sharing themselves and building shares for others. The tip above - rotating the closet gradually - helps. If you have all your shoes at the top of your closet and someone is looking for jewelry, she might not take time to scroll your closet. So mixing it up is beneficial. (Cont'd)

queenmumm @bsalisbury3 To put your items in the order you want, share from bottom to top. The last item you share automatically jumps to the top. Any subsequent shares stack on top of that. Three times a day, during party hours, I share all my active items starting from the bottom and ending with what I want showing first. She'll still pay for the regular Posh shipping of $4.99 but her overall price will reflect a discount. You want the shipping labels offered through Poshmark only - as they give you 5 lbs to work with and that all important tracking number. Cheers. :)

The followers and sales aren't far behind if you can commit to it once or twice daily. I've found that even a few days off posh brings my newsfeed to a complete standstill. I'm a consignment closet so I don't deal with wholesale but Poshmark promotes it with ease through their Wholesale Portal (accessed through your account page). Wholesale on your own requires research. If you can afford a vendor show like MAGIC or similar - it will certainly help. :)

I became an active posher in January and only recently learned about what can and cannot be sold in detail, after I had already sold a perfume and body lotion bundle. Does that mean I won't be picked for host parties because I didn't follow the guidelines, or is it acceptable that I've been good ever since?

queenmumm @ca_ny Yes! You can still be considered for SU and even host slots if you've sold a non compliant item in the past. We've all made mistakes and Posh is very forgiving. Just stay compliant and keep sharing and listing. When you feel the time is right, email HQ and ask to have your closet considered. Good luck! 😊

stephunruh I just read your fab blog thanks for writing that! I just learned last week that I'm not supposed to sell perfume/nail polish and have removed or listed the rest as not for sale. I'm wondering about 1 item. I've listed a pair of ski boots. To me they're footwear like hiking boots but what do you think? Should I take them down?

Ski boots are considered sports equipment because they can't be worn as a separate fashion other than in the sport for which they are made. For example, yoga pants ARE allowed because they can be worn to the grocery store even if you tried yoga but kept falling down (i.e. yours truly😉). Hope that makes sense.😊

artsie_1 I have insomnia and hardly ever sleep. I found your closet and info from poshfest. I typically sale about 1-2 items a week, good but not great. I will. D using your tips. I just took the majority of my summer items down for awhile. Is this something you recommend or should I just leave them up? shelpen This is a great tip. I've been questioning posh lately on finding the absolute specifics of where our shares go. One thing that came back that amazed me and I will share it and another comment. I have tried sharing more slowly and some of the same items a couple of times. Then I raced over to the feed to see if I can find my items. I think I did once. The feed moves so fast. shelpen I sent Posh perhaps for specific questions on where to our shares ago and asked them to answer question by question. That makes it easier for me to understand. One thing they told me that I think is contrary to what a lot of people have told me is The following. Your shares will go to the people who like your item only if they are followers of you. ""That rocked my sock. I was told the exact opposite so many times and have even told people to like my items so they would get updated price drops. trixybunny @queenmumm Hi, there just wondering if perhaps i might be doing something wrong, i get a lot of interest in my things but it seems that most people only want my things for $10 or less and i just can't afford to go that low with posh fees/expenses and they sometimes leave nasty comments if a decline the offer or counter it. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I would like to continue on posh and excel. Thnx for your time.

queenmumm @trixybunny Hi Patricia! I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I've countered hundreds of offers. Sometimes they grumble a bit but that is the nature of having the offer button. My suggestion is to put "PRICE FIRM" on the items you don't want to discount further. Don't feel discouraged by low offers and do continue countering to the price you believe to be fair and reasonable. State your reasoning if needed and end the discussion with a smile. Good luck! 😊
