Beautiful cold shoulder printed blouse by 10 Crosby Derek Lamb in size 6. Color is called “Pri-Floral” in a navy, white, pink combo. Has a cute ruffle tie at the sleeve cuff. In perfect, new condition I only wore it twice. It is sheer but I wore it with a nude bra and it was perfect, not really see thru with the print.
