@tberger22 Hi, I am fairly confident that they are diamonds but since it was a gift, I cannot be certain. I state "or" in the description to reflect this. The metal is 14k yellow gold and the stones sparkle and have not dulled like zirconia would. If you are interested in purchasing this necklace I can ask a jeweler to be sure.
