1970s Averardo Bessi Silk Dress

Talk about perfect for spring and summer, this 1970s Averardo Bessi dress is to die for. The belt alone is gorgeous with its golden tassels and engraved capped ends. There is wear on the trim on both sleeves and neckline and the dress has been priced to reflect this. The Bessi company was launched in 1950 but it was not until 1968 that it started producing the printed pieces that the label is now associated with. Like Pucci he signed all his prints and created them himself.
