Vintage 1981 Levi’s 505 jeans. Orange tab, small “e”. I believe the date is on back of care tag as “081” meaning August of 1981. “08” is the month & last digit is the year in the 80s. “231” is the factory code on back of the top button. 100% cotton denim. Made in USA. Tagged Men’s W38 L30. I believe these sit high-waisted w/a straight leg. 5 pocket, button & zipper fly. Modeled on a S/M 29” waist 5’5” and these are way too big on me. Unisex. In good used condition with no noticeable flaws - these look really nice for their age! The blue color is a very specific wash - not a light wash, more of a medium wash.
