20s Style Velvet Draped Jacket Shawl Collar Low Stance Fitted Waist 3/4 Sleeve M

1920s or 30s style of cut in dark chocolate brown velvet. Deep front with rolled shawl collar and double breasted button closure at waist. Kimono style 3/4 sleeves with flipped cuffs. No labels or tags. My guess is this is a rayon velvet. From estimates I think it is a size Medium - Measurements are in the pics. I don't know what era this is from. I bought it second hand about 15 years ago. No flaws. Clean and well cared for I'm happy to answer any Qs.
