You can wear this set styled in so many ways, even without top under. Vest: underarm-underarm: 22.5 inches, length: 26 inches, vest has pockets! Skirt: tagged vintage size 16, waist:17.5 across, length: 29 inches, top: underarm-underarm: 19 inches across. Set has some stretch for flexibility in size. May fit a size 12/14 best.
