3/$30 Old Navy black chiffon dress, XL

Old Navy black chiffon dress with tie cinched waist and adjustable straps, size extra large (XL). Sheer floaty material with opaque lining. One of the straps needs repair, but is functional (see photo). Some small pulls in fabric, but quite hard to see on black chiffon. Bundle 3/$30.
