Fourth of July dress Red white and blue Sparkly star on chest on a red and white striped background on top of dress. Silver stars on blue overlay of bottom of dress. Overlay is blue sheer material over a solid bottom (Bottom of dress is not see through because of solid under material on bottom) There is also a bow on back of dress that should sit between shoulder blades attached to the dress, it is made of the same sheer material as what is on the bottom. The dress comes with a matching red and white striped headband. Size: 3T Condition: brand new with tag still attached. Has never been worn.
