4/$20 Custom-Made Women's Beautiful White Lace Skirt.

Such a pretty skirt! Pretty but simple. A-line style. Fully lined. Beautiful lace scallops on the bottom. Has a small spot on the front and back. I'm not sure what it's from. Whites so hard to keep clean!:( All offer's welcome. Measurements, waist unstretched 18" stretched 21" length 38".
