70's Lanvin Paris pinstripe shirt dress vintage

short sleeve shirt dress style with pinstripe and Lanvin logo throughout. it may have been an employee uniform? there are loops for belting. the care tag is no longer in tact. size says 20...I'm 6'2" and a size US 16/18, and it fits pretty well. length is approx 41", pit to pit is 24", waist is approx 47" around. in great condition...I'm going to list as a 16, since the measurements support that more than 20. gdrr6076bavg0424 t6
