80s Illustration Tom Paul Fox Porcupine Balloons

This adorable porcupine dressed in nothing but tennis shoes and a baseball cap is a sly fella! And he’s about to give his customers quite the shock! And look at all the change in his pouch! He’s definitely been raking in the dough (I’m going to guess it’s partially because of the cuteness factor! Awww!). But what’s he selling? Balloons of course! And right next to his razor sharp quills. His business plan is brilliant as you can see and quite successful! This original illustration is done by Tom Paul Fox a children’s book illustrator. It looks like color pencil and watercolors, but I’m not sure. Please examine all of the close-ups carefully.
