Late 90’s/ Y2K Carpenter Pants/ Jeans. Flare/ Bootcut bottom hem. Very dark blue & off-white striped. Perfect hugging stretch that doesn’t stretch out. Fitted at the butt and thigh, flaring out at knee. So very flattering. Coolest and most comfortable pants I’ve ever owned! Wish they still fit me. VERY pre-loved. Good condition.
