Update: I'm officially down 188 lbs to date (9/5//2020) from my highest weight. I can't express enough how elated I am. Its been a tough journey and still have much more to achieve, but I'm very proud of myself. It's incredible how mobile I am now and how the world just begins to unfold when you shed the pounds. I started posh in Nov. 2019 because I needed new clothes quickly, but now I need surgery to remove excess skin, more clothes, and desperately trying to move. Any support is welcome
