I could not find a stock photo of this exact style dress but it looks exactly like the Isabella which brings me to assume the changes. This gown has Flutter sleeves and added pads at the bust. Both very well done and I do not notice a difference in lace between the gown and the sleeves. It may be a production sample but I cannot confirm that.
