tammiespegel Amber resonates with my spirit assuredly. Through meditation and spirit guides I have been told to wear Amber. Heaven knows the qualities that Amber holds are those I need!!! arsbars @tammiespegel Oh Teri, you must be the strongest woman ever! How do you do it? I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, sciatica and acute arthritis of the neck. This is why I'm so in love with amber & hematite. You and I also have something in common as my husband has Duputryn's Contracture Syndrome (aka Viking's Disease). Some days I just want to stay in bed for the rest of the day/week/month... 😖 TBC....

tammiespegel Exactly what I do! And have done for 45 years!!!! My grandmother had this same gift also. She helped me as a child to cope, as she saw what I saw!! arsbars @tammiespegel I used to ❤️ yoga & am self-taught since the 90's from videos of Eric Schiffman. Lol! 😄 I lived in HI back then and there were no yoga studios in my area back then since it wasn't quite popular yet. Doing yoga w Shiva Rea was the most transcendental experience I've ever had. ☁️☁️☁️ But now with my health issues I cannot do it anymore, per my physical therapist and Chiro.... 😞

It's like breathing and just is natural for me! LOL! I only have 2 Amber stones and a very tiny pendant from my grandmother handed down (heirloom) when I was 15, it is a tiny Amber calla lily. It's well over 160 years old and only handed down to family with the gift!

tammiespegel I too am an extremely private person and believe in extreme privacy when I use my gifts. Part of it too is my career in Law. The questions about how I KNOW when my guides are around is exactly like when a person is in your presence! When they do not show themselves I feel them around much like when we are napping and a loved one comes in the room....you just know!!
