APT 9 sheer blouse-size S

Sheer APT 9 blouse has an unique design of strips and flowers and addition of dots on sleeve. Has tie in front and back lays lower than front. Care tag was cut other than that I see no issues with the shirt. Feels like a poly/cotton blend, very light. Cute summer shirt.
