ARTISAN made turtle on beach pendant silver chain 3D handmade necklace

This was made by an artisan handmade I'm not sure how they made the beach platform but it's a metal hand cut piece looks like silver, then hand painted a beach and water scene. it's textured to look like real sand and the water is rippled! VERY detailed ,it has a 3D sparkly blue and green crystal turtle and his head tail and legs are silver, I believe it was sterling 925. This is VERY well made high quality and IS MUCH MUCH better in person. The back is painted as well. it was coated with a high shine protective coating. I have added a non turn no fade silver ball Chain with this. it's approximately 25-26" long. The pendant is 1" tall.
