This pretty summer dress is lightweight and feels silky. It’s difficult to see in the pics, but there is elastic at the waist with a delicate tie from front to back. There are modest slits at the bottom that allows it to flow splendidly. Check out the ample arm holes and the v neck that allows for your fine necklaces, but thick enough through the shoulders so as not to cause alarm.
