All Saints The Palm Pleated Mini Skirt (size US 4/6 London size 10- 13" waist)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @littlelindalew. Loved it, but I missed reading that the waist size is only 13". Tag reads (ENGLISH) 10 = US 6. However the waist barely measures 13" and there is NO STRETCH so this skirt is actually closer to a US 4. It is 19" long and a beautiful, stiff, silvery almost metallic fabric that can be dressed up or down depending on how you style it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
