annaunger Hi! For the length, does the 33” get shorter once the dress is on? I’m 5’2, so I’m wondering if this would be way too long on me. Also, was the 12.5” waist relatively loose?

dlcowan @annaunger - Hi! Yes, the dress is shorter once it’s on due to the smocked waist. The waistband measurement is lying flat - 12.5” so 25” in total if that helps. ☺️
