American Apparel wrap mini dress or tunic

Even though this dress says size small I would consider it an extra extra small 100% combed cotton medium weight probably about a size 0 to 2 very slim fit very good condition, has been washed and dried and maybe that’s why it’s so small now.. sleeve is 3/4 length from armpit to hem is 13 inches. From tie waist to hem in front is 22 inches, ties slightly above normal waist.
