Ann taylor dress 

this dress is light and flowy. it says size small. but it's a little bigger than I would consider a small. the side hems are double hems lined w black. it does have belt "loops" on the sides (as pictured) they can be cut off or you can use them as you wish. does look great w a scarf tied at the waist , this is a loose fitting dress. simple but classy.🙂
