Preowned / used blouse from Meadow Rue, sold at Anthropologie. Semi-sheer burnout velvety material. Navy and orange colors. Button front with neck tie. Style # M19060RB1. Good used condition. Some minor runs and loose threads. There are quite a few loose threads around the neck tie (see last pic).
