debassham @kimweathers I measured it flat on the bed and it measures 19 across (or 38 total) but I put it on and it fits my waist and measures 34 when on. It hits at true waist and I like longer due to my figure. Very pretty. I usually wear a medium to large but I'm busty and it is too tight on my bust. I'm taking back pic now. Let me know if any other questions.

debassham @ikasha29 it is too tight on my bust area. I've gained weight and I need to lose. It's really cute if your not too FAT! I'm 6feet tall and a big woman. It just doesn't look good on me. It would be adorable on someone with a smaller figure!

debassham @nytimescartoons it is a warm taupe. Not grey and not purple. The first 2 pics look right on my iPhone but I know screens can cause color changes! It is a warm taupe, kinda of like a coffee with a little creamer. Hope that helps. I love it but too tight on me now.
