Blue floral tunic by anthropologie’s holding horses. Puffy sleeves and ruffle hem. Panels and pockets! 3/4 sleeves. Back button at neckline and scoop front. In size 6, tunic length blouse that pairs so well with leggings and tights. Top is meant to secure at the back neck with a button and string however the string needs to be resewn/connected. Other than this flaw, the top is in amazing condition with no significant signs of wear.
