freesprtgrl13 @jsears389. Hi I accidentally swapped your top with another order I’ll see if I can contact the person who was supposed to get the shoes and see what can be done! They got your top and you got their shoes! No defense except for it’s been a stressful last few weeks for me! 😥

jsears389 @freesprtgrl13 it has been a crazy week for me too. I only received 1 out of 4 packages sent, but had already approved them. problem is still not resolved.

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 I’m waiting to see what posh says! It may be you both return the items to me and I resend them or they may give you and the other buyer free labels and you can send them directly to each other! I don’t think the other buyer got their package yet but I sent them a message to let me know when it does arrive!

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 I’m really hoping I only switched the shoes and your top out and not messed up any other packages since I mailed off several at one! That would not be good! 😮

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 hi I contacted the police person that was supposed to get the shoes and they said they’d of course send the top back or forward it to you whatever posh decides is the best way! They are out of town at the moment but hopefully they said they can get someone else to forward it but I told them to let posh know this if they reach out! So now we just wait to see what posh will do!

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 hey it says it approved the return but can contact posh on your end explaining the situation as well? I thought they’d have you buyers trade items like they usually do in this situation but I don’t think the support person understood the issue! If you both return the items to me then you’ll have to rebuy them and I’ll have to resend them and it will be a huge headache and time consuming!

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 so it makes less sense to do it this way I don’t think the understood it was a swapped order because the other person didn’t open a case so I’m contacting them trying to get them to understand the issue!

jsears389 @freesprtgrl13 let me just print the label and send the package back to you on Monday. I will buy the blouse again. That may be the quickest solution. When you get the blouse back, you can let me know.

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 let’s see if posh responds to my message here soon and if not then we will just do that I guess sigh…The other buyer is willing to send the top to you if they get the label if they have to resend it it will take them awhile because they aren’t in town so they will need to have someone forward either to me or you for them sigh so so either way it’s a mess sigh

freesprtgrl13 @jsears389 go ahead and get the package off if needed sigh…I guess we will do it the long complicated way since posh is being weird…I’ll let the other buyer know to…it might be a slight delay to getting your top back as the person who was supposed to get the shoes is outta town and will need to have someone forward it on their behalf its such a mess!!
