This dress has a blue and bordeaux silk skirt and a slightly sheer embellished bodice over a bright teal underdress. Velvet waistband; small built in crinoline; fully lined; back zip, pleated skirt. The best part is a fluerette-covered lace overlay on the bodice, with rich black rosettes giving an amazing 3D effect.
