Antique 925 Silver Intricate Hollow Scrollwork Red Enamel Cabochon Heart Pendant
This is a handmade antique one of a kind (OOAK) piece that is absolutely beautiful!
The center heart is a beautiful, more elegant darker red color (rather than fire engine red)
It’s set in Victorian style scroll work around the edge and for the charm loop.
You can see by the ends of the swirls where there are heavier “drop” marks indicating it was done by hand and not machine stamped.
Enameling, a technique that’s been used for centuries, helps add a splash of color to decorative pieces like homeware, accessories, and jewelry when powdered glass is fused to metal or ceramics at high heat. This technique gained popularity during the Art Nouveau period between 1890 and 1910.
Approx measurements
Width — 1.25”
Height — 1.5” including loop
There is one little scratch on the heart, but it isn’t noticeable at all while wearing!
PHOTO 7 - Entire background couldn’t be removed from photo 8, so part of it is showing through scroll work (not darkly tarnished)
In a separate listing, I have a similar larger green heart on a solid V-Neck necklace.
**This red charm can be BUNDLED WITH THE GREEN NECKLACE for big discount.**
