jjs_home @missirene44 - unlocked means that you can use it with any carrier. We have replaced the battery 2 or 3 times. It isn’t a brand new battery.

jjs_home @missirene44 - this is the first phone I ever replaced the battery on. I just really liked the phone. Check with a phone repair place and they should be able to tell you how much a battery costs and how long it should last.
