Army green v-neck blouse

This sent green v-neck blouse is lightweight chiffon material. It has a black leather strip at the bottom of the shirt that snaps on the lower left side, just above the hip. The long sleeves gather at the wrist. Shoulders have very flattering pleating. Great top! Size S
